Vanity by Jindřich Halabala
This elegant vanity, designed by Jindřich Halabala for UP Závody, dates back to the 1930s–1940s and represents a perfect blend of functionality, modern aesthetics, and quality craftsmanship.
The structure consists of a low two-door cabinet made of solid wood with walnut veneer, hiding a space for storing cosmetics and personal items. The internal compartments in the doors are designed practically and thoughtfully, reflecting Halabala's focus on user comfort.
The dominant feature is the large mirror, positioned at the top of the cabinet. Its height and placement ensure convenient daily use for makeup, hairstyling, or general grooming.
Thanks to its origin, condition, and subtle aesthetics, this vanity is suitable for vintage interiors, bedrooms, stylish salons, or as a collectible piece of Czech furniture design.
