Welcome to the complaints and returns page. Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we are here to provide you with clear information regarding the claims and returns process.

If you discover that the purchased goods have a manufacturing defect or defect, you have the right to claim them. Just write to our contact e-mail address or contact us by phone. We will help you with the entire complaint process and ensure that it is handled as quickly as possible and to your satisfaction.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the purchased goods and want to return them, you can do so within 14 days of delivery. Just send us an email with your return request and we'll guide you through the process. In the case of a return, please send it to us in its original condition and without signs of use.

Returned goods

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygienic goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:

  • Software products
  • Downloads
  • Some subjects
  • for health and personal

We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given:

  • Book with visible signs of use
  • A CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item that is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our fault.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Money Back

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

The money did not arrive or arrived late

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially sent.

Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is sent.

Items on sale

Refunds are only possible for regular priced items. Sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We will only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at {email address} and send the item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. A gift certificate will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the donor had the order shipped to give to you later, we will refund the donor and they will be notified of your return.

Returning the shipment

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
